James D. Giattina, a member of the Environmental Protection Network, was with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for more than three decades. Most recently, he served as the Water Protection Division Director for EPA’s Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta (2002-2016); and as the Director of the EPA’s Gulf Program (1996-2002).
