Karen Baehler
Karen Baehler is an Adjunct Professor in Public Policy at Victoria University and Adjunct Senior Lecturer with the Australia New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG). She joined Victoria University of Wellington in 1999 after ten years working in the think-tank sector in Washington, DC. In addition to conducting academic research on New Zealand’s liberal egalitarian traditions, Karen writes about and consults with government departments on outcomes management and the application of policy logic techniques. She is the co-author on Adding Value to Policy Analysis and Advice, a book on policy analysis and advising in Australasia.
